1. About us

farandfond.com (the "website") is run by State Media Vision Limited, trading as Far & Fond ("Far & Fond", "we", "our" or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10813064), registered office The Old School House, 60 Wharfe View Road, Ilkley, West Yorkshire, LS29 8DU. These terms set out how you can use the website and buy from us.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By using the website or placing an order, you accept these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the website.

3. Our prints

Our prints are personalised wall art made to your own design. The places, people and pets are illustrated style artwork, owned by us and drawn from your choices on the product page. Your print is for your own personal use; please don't reproduce it or sell copies.

Screens show colour differently, so your print may look slightly different from what you saw on screen.

4. Your design and your words

You design your print on the product page and see it before you buy. We print the design you approved, including the names, dates and other words you typed, exactly as you entered them, so please check them before you order.

By ordering, you confirm that the words you've added aren't offensive, unlawful or someone else's trade mark. We may decline an order whose words we're not comfortable printing, and refund it in full.

5. Who can order

You must be at least 18 to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm that you are, and that the details you give us are accurate.

6. Placing an order

When you place an order you are offering to buy from us. The contract between us is made when we email you to confirm your order. If we can't make your print for any reason, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout. You pay in full when you order, by a payment method we accept at checkout.

8. Delivery

We deliver within the UK. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout for your basket. We aim to meet them, but they're estimates and can be affected by things outside our control.

9. Our guarantee, returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy, including our 30 day money back guarantee. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Apart from that, and as far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you order is the one that applies to your order.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales may hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
